Hi All,

Let me start this by saying about a familiar feeling all of you must have experienced in your life.....
You having your meal... a particular good meal.... and while you take a morsel in your mouth and you chew onto it... you realise you are biting into a vicious red pepper... a red pepper that set you tongue and mind on fire .... you don't have the water nor the honey near you to douse it .... you feel impatient ... you look around .... finally you settle for something inferior like a piece of bread till you finish your meal.....
You wait impatiently and you get to the glass of water which even more precious than a cup of ambrosia..... You feel at peace....
Imagine having a thirst to prove yourself and anger pented in you for an entire year because you were wronged the last time......
Imagine when you get to that chance to unleash your fire onto someone who thought that we are a team of nobodys... a team of "also-rans"
Imagine when you are a cornered tiger and you launch an ferocious comeback trail that might have charred the opponents on your path to glory....
Imagine when all your motivation has caused the team to go out and give their best effort that yields the best ever dividends.....
Imagine when we have almost lost all our hopes ... out came a rockstar in us that virtually swung the trophy into our court.....
And as cliche as it might sound , Imagine beating all the odds to snatch the victory from the proverbial jaws of defeat....
Feel the demons of the past in you being exorcised at last and the joy you feel when Angshuman says , "15 points to Mauryas , BUT, the winners are ARYANS".....

Hip Hip Hurray.....

Aryans,

We had waited long enough and skated hard enough, endured sudden turns and crushing twists, until finally, finally, the Red Wings went ahead and took what they had to have, what they've been chasing all year, what they always believed was theirs.

If there is anyone out there, who still doubts that team spirit can make all things is possible, who still wonders if we are capable of winning with a young inexperience team, who still questions the power of our determination, yesterday night was your answer.

After the final result was announced, it all came spilling out, all the pent-up emotion and ramped-up talent, all the ingredients that made the Aryans the best among other, and one of the most complete teams in Panache. But for this we had to shake off smothering pressure to do it, but the silver flag did it with great endurance, with the relentlessness of young stars like Tanya, Richa, Mona, Kunal, Poulami from 2008 batch and ever enthusiasts heroes from group of 2007 and 2008.

Congrats everyone... Enjoy the success; enjoy the spirit of togetherness...

Regards,

Anjali

We Shine……

Aryans,

I am gone ecstatic and don’t know how to start and from where to start … what to say and how to utter out my feelings.
Last night was very special for me and for all of us too. Winning Trophy and soaring high J
That was an amazing feeling with the champion’s trophy in our hand and yes we are the champions of PANACHE.
PANACHE’09 will be very special for all of us… We did it…. After a lot of hurdles.. Lot of chaos.. n more important all of us gave our 200 % and the best
possible to make it happen, you all managed your precious time from projects and let us emerged as a champion.
Thanks a lot for making this happen and Aryans …yes we are the Victors …..
I want to thank each and every Aryan from my every bit for support and the enthusiasm and the feeling of unity.
Each and every Aryan has contributed to the success by their best and so you can see where we stand now.
We fought, we lost, we emerged, we did, we won , we cried , we laughed and we played our heart out …
So here you go..…. “ Yes ..you ..only you had made the difference” … (Aryans ..yes all of you made it happen).
The way we emerged as a champion was only the result of hard work by all.
Very very special thanks to all of you, let the color of joy fly high and let’s shine….. Yes we shine…
We had to win … We have not let success happen...We make it happen …. We did it…

We will keep this effort to the next Panache too and will make it happen again.

Three cheers for Aryans..

Whatever starts with a high, does it needs to degrade gradually

When i was a kid my grandmother use to narrate ferry tale stories. As a responsible parent she use to take care of the fact as it does not affect the progress of a growing kid so utmost care was taken from her side that stories had a happy ending as this helped in the growth of a child who is optimistic by nature.Mind you my grand mother never went to a school, thus she has got no specialized master degree to flaunt about.I beleive most of us had such degreeless grand mothers who brought us up in way as if they were trained professionals.

Her stories used to vary from different chracters but one fact remained constant in each of her stories was that her stories ended with a happy ending.Everything used to consolidated with the happy ending at last.May be she was motivated by the hindi movies of her era.

Today when i am about to complete 25 years of my life just after a month i feel that there is very little connection between her stories and real life scenarios which we face in our life.Everything which starts with a high does not necessarily end with a high.In short not all the stories in real life have a happy ending.

Last year when panache was organized i gave more than 100 percent as an individual. The reason why i did this i was enjoying myself out.Honestly the best part of our enjoyment was the response we recieved from our WASE friends. In my life i cherish my school days the most and those days of Panache were like back to my school days.I am sure some of the people in our batch also felt the sameWASE,the testimonial to this idea was the mailers which we received on success of Panache.

This is for sure each one us who danced on the final day.

"Aryans" The name istself personifies glory.

As expexted Aryans the Warriors have set their first foot at WAR.

Are Two Heads Better than One?

Individual Work versus Team work
Virtually every working person i ve ever come across believes in team work. At least they say, they do.
Sadly , scarcely a few of them make teamwork a reality ., in fact they often end up creating environments where infighting and groups serenity are the norms. and yet they continue to flaunt their believe in team work. as if that alone will somehow make it magically appear.

but we have decided ..we can not change.. :( :(

All the very best

All the very best to Amit,Ivy and Richa.
Go and get it:):)

Cricket Nominations

Hi all-
I hope we are now aware of the date for all the events. Its time to make it now, what is important is to take things up because they say "WORK BEGIN IS HALF DONE".
We have taken it up and now its our responsibility to take it through to success.
you know I got a dream last night I saw I was leading a team and no one was with me when I started but can you believe as I moved forward I found people joining me in every crossing and finally when I reached the destinaltion there were thousand of hands which raised together to light the magic lamp of SUCCESS.
I have seen a dream to make Aryans not only win but to shine and I need your help and I am confident I will get it without asking for it.

I need the name of Aryans who have spark to make their mark in top 11 for CRICKET. Its on 12th when we have to win and we will.

Chetan,
I live CRICKET and i WANT TO FEEL ITS GLORY ON 12TH.
