Individual Work versus Team work
Virtually every working person i ve ever come across believes in team work. At least they say, they do.
Sadly , scarcely a few of them make teamwork a reality ., in fact they often end up creating environments where infighting and groups serenity are the norms. and yet they continue to flaunt their believe in team work. as if that alone will somehow make it magically appear.
but we have decided ..we can not change.. :( :(

Good and agreed with ur view. It’s very common. We observe it everywhere. But don't you think that all the differences fade when it comes to prove ourselves. We faced the same thing last year, I will say it was even worst … but as the events started differences narrowed down and we outperformed. I expect the same and u c thngs will become normal : )
